The Altiplano Ventures team is traveling to Santiago, Chile, this week to attend Expomin – the biannual conference for the mining industry in South America. It will be an outstanding opportunity to spread the word about Altiplano Ventures’ innovative approach to relieving poverty to a global audience.

Mining in Peru began in the 16th century and continues to expand today, often disturbing local populations, but also creating opportunities for local social and economic development.
